Took a can of HTFU and went and did intervals in the rain. At least it washed the grit out of my eyes from the ride home. Did 6x50s, mostly up hill with a bit of down hill at the end of each. On 2min cycle. So 1'10 recovery.

A bit breezy on the way home. Never seen so many branches down. Almost got blown over trying to walk under Raymond Priestly.
Monday night run. Big crowd. Maybe one day I'll get fitter. Although considering these runs are the mainstay of my training...and I've been to 2...we'll see.
