Orienteering 47:00 [3] 5.9 km (7:58 / km)

Hageby at Diamond Hill. Was a bit scrappy again and just tried to keep running (slowly) for all of it, which takes more effort than it should.

Compass free (not intentionally, I just didn't have one in Melbourne) exercise on Deadman's Flat. I was really struggling to read the map quickly and get any information from it, which didn't matter too much as I wasn't running very fast. Hopefully it will get better with a bit more practise.

Orienteering 18:00 [4] 3.0 km (6:00 / km)

Sprint race at Crook St. Went ok, was a bit shaky on a few of them though, and wasted a bit of time looking to get through the sewage creek. My shoes smell now.

Warm up 10mins, 5'10" between intervals, jogging downhill, 10mins warm down. Shins a bit sore now.

Running hills 4:10 [4]

Found a hill in Jones Park. Was good except for the massively steep pinch/foot high steps at the top. 46-48 seconds each. Only did 5, legs felt like crap in the warm up/and warm down.
