Orienteering 37:00 [3]
Compass free (not intentionally, I just didn't have one in Melbourne) exercise on Deadman's Flat. I was really struggling to read the map quickly and get any information from it, which didn't matter too much as I wasn't running very fast. Hopefully it will get better with a bit more practise.

Sprint race at Crook St. Went ok, was a bit shaky on a few of them though, and wasted a bit of time looking to get through the sewage creek. My shoes smell now.
