Riding 38:00 [2] 10.0 km (3:48 / km)

Very easy ride via Baillieu Lib and the ever-picturesque Upfiled line to Savers and home. Must remember 20% students discount on a Sunday at Savers. It's ok, because they give bugger all to charity anyway.

Riding 1:23:00 [3] 24.0 km (3:28 / km)

Went for a ride around Yarra Bend a bit. It was going off at the convent. 52 mins

Did Clara fartlek.

Rode home slower than on the way out.

Would like to see the Herald Sun tour in Bendigo tomorrow, but decided to have a quiet weekend instead.

Running intervals (Clara fartlek) 16:00 [4] 3.2 km (5:00 / km)

Was feeling fairly good. Didn't take to long to lose bike legs. But legs were clumping a bit and tib ants got a bit sore. Otherwise quite good :)

Gym (spin bike) 30:00 [3] 10.1 km (2:58 / km)

Went to the gym for an easy spin just to turn the legs over. Got so bored though and did some ints, 1'30 hills out of the saddle with the same recovery. Increased resistance every 30s on the efforts. Went directly before dinner and managed not to find out that it was a semi-formal affair. At least I could hide my hoodie and shorts under my accy!

Running 49:06 [3] 7.9 km (6:13 / km)

Oh dear. I seem to be rather unfit. A fairly traffic-lighty run along Princes St (?), up the middle of Canning St, along CCT to Royal Park, behind the zoo and home via Morrah St and Tin Alley. Stopped for a stretch after ~20 mins. Fastest part was along Tin Alley trying not to look too pathetic in front of everyone. Otherwise was much much slower towards the end. Legs (shins and knees) a bit sore :-) Yuck muggy weather but it was spitting for most of the run which was nice.
