Orienteering race (MU Sprint) 14:56 [4] 2.6 km (5:45 / km)

Couldn't find my Melbourne Uni sprint map, so had to make do with a dodgy map from Open Day, drew up a pretty poor excuse for a sprint course and went out. Start and finish at the side door. I won.

Riding 1:31:30 [3] 25.7 km (3:34 / km)

It was a fantastic day for a ride...legs felt really tired after about 30 mins but just rolled them over for a bit longer.
Narrowly avoided hitting (ok, so it was at slow speed) a random Melbourne Storm player who was riding shirtless with his shirtless teammate. Then I ran over a snake. Totally freaked my out on a little grassy track by the river...but I think it was a fake...didn't look like any snake I've ever seen before. Highlight 3 of the day was a guy crossing the suspension bridge at Studley Park commenting 'oh, there are more special kids over here.' Yes, and if he was watching Summer Heights High last night, he would know it's ok to touch them here, not here.
Off topic, Summer Heights High was more Chris Lilley gold. It was so fantastically true, I'm still laughing today!!

As I was browsing the racing results:...ORIENTEER won race 10 at Bendigo yesterday...what a champ!

Running 28:04 [3] 4.75 km (5:55 / km)

I think I've got what Buster's got. My legs just don't want to move. They felt sooooo heavy today. Legs felt stiff to start with and I had a stitch so I stopped for a stretch after about 7 mins, then legs just felt like lead.
