Running 13:30 [3] 2.7 km (5:00 / km)
Early (well...8) morning jog. Went fairly quickly, and finally got under 5 mins/km for a run...if only I could keep it up. Seemed like a lot of effort to go for a 13 min run.
Note
Finally found out why I orienteer...
From Wikipedia:
Polar wandering: the magnetic north pole is constantly shifting relative to the axis of rotation. This is responsible for the shifting magnetic declination required for compass work and orienteering (a running sport involving navigation with a map and compass).
Gym warm up/down 20:00 [3]
10' warm up on elliptical
10' warm down on rower
Gym 30:00 [3]
Same stuff as last week, but with more stretches. Will probably still be sore, but oh well. Only left leg was sore in the holds today, which supports my theory that something is wrong with my left leg.
