Rode to and from o. I was definitely slower on the way home!

Distance given is how far the dental floss says I ran...seems like a long way for me!!
Nice day for it, I just took it easy and stopped to take a prickle out of my shoe and to use the facilities at the Children's Farm. My choice of control order was absolutely ridiculous: 14, 5, 13, 17, 20, 10, 1, 8, back past 5 and 14, 11, 6, 19, 3, 18, 7. Stayed out of the streets completely. Couldn't make sense of the map in quite a few places near the circle and had to do some bush bashing to get from the golf course down to 8 which was sooner than expected.
I need to get tougher; whenever I was a bit tired I would just have a walk...poor form!
Shins a little bit sore.

Definitely enough training for me today!!

Running warm up/down 14:00 [3]

8 mins warm up round the Crescent, 6 mins warm down. Shins got sore after I finished intervals, but warming down it was just left calf a bit tight.

Running intervals 13:17 [4] 3.0 km (4:26 / km)

((200 easy, 300 hard x3)x2)
First set; 6.33
Second set; 6.44
Not exactly negative splits, but I finished which is a big step up from last week!! I was surprised with the time for the first one as it didn't feel especially quick (and I was in lane 2...that makes it so much further!!).

Ha ha...I'm so unco still. The instructor kept giving me encouraging looks because I was all over the place!! And my elbow creaks whenever I do a push up. Was fun though.
Things got worse when I got back and found a cockroach in my room (nothing I hate more than a big juicy cockroach), then I put on my trackies and they've shrunk big time in the wash, then dinner was spicy :-(
Still trying to write the most difficult German essay ever.
