Orienteering race 57:54 [3] 4.7 km (12:19 / km)

Had a pretty clean run...took it easy on my ankle and tried to keep out of the mining where possible to avoid getting in and out of all the erosion gullies. I think my course got cancelled because of a mistake on the master maps, I didn't lose any time though, because someone told me where the control was when I was in the circle. It was really cool and foggy when I started.

I thought I'd go to a spin class at the gym as a bit of a bludge; it was about 100 times harder than I imagined. Great though :-)

Ran a lap of Prinny. Struggled to pass the 6 year old boy running in front of me. Took about 17 mins for the lap, and about 4 mins to and from.

Went for a ride with Dave. Were going to go round Capital City Trail, but after seeing my efforts in the first few k's dediced to pike. "You'll crack between Macrob Bridge and Princes Bridge." I was out-ridden up the hills ("Weak") and shown up on the single track ( I thought I was going to fall into the Yarra and drown). Still, a pleasant afternoon with good company. "You owe me money."

Ankle was a bit sore, and I had to go shopping at Savers anyway. 2 days back at uni and I'm wrecked already :-)
