Past Kodak, past the athletics training at the track (had been planning to pop in but was too shy), back past the lake.

Did 6x1 min efforts, with 30s recovery. Almost turned into hill intervals as most seemed to be uphill.

"Long" run up Edgars Creek until I hit an impenetrable mess of weeds. Bit muddy out, legs got some strength training on the way back when my shoes tripled their weight with mud. Legs were feeling ok :)

Note

4 weeks today until the Coburg Bluestone Classic. The question is whether I will be able to run 15km in 4 weeks time...

Cruising around the Kodak factory and back past the aths track and Coburg Lake. I think I have a new favourite view of the city - from the side of the factory, with lots of trees in front. Looked pretty good at dusk. Legs were feeling ok too :) :)

Added in a few 30s on, 30s off around the factory, a few hills.

Orienteering 1:12:41 [3] 6.1 km (11:55 / km)

Reasonably happy with my run, even though I lost the challenge with Schepisi. Bearing in mind that I did no training all week (although I do ride home from work and spent Friday riding to and from Burnley). Only real mistake was on 8 when I took a sloppy bearing and went too far south. Got lucky on 10 and stumbled across it.

Enjoyable race, nice and technical and it was even sunny :)

Just turning the legs over in my old stomping ground. Down the Merri Crk to Albert St, past my old house, over to Sydney Rd and up Sydney Rd.

Feeling wrecked after work. Evening jog around the lake - threw in 8 x 30s intervals to keep it interesting. Legs exhausted at the end of the intervals (intervals themselves felt ok though).

Beautiful out at Sedgwick. Legs just never feel like they have anything in them :(

Found some outdoor gym equipment at Coburg Lake :) Very lonely on the run - only saw two other people out and about. Legs DIED after about 20 mins.
