Sunday Dec 26, 2010 #

Riding 1:19:00 [3] 32.0 km (2:28 / km)

Juvey with Dave and Stevie. Again, only saw their backsides for most of it. Legs cracked it totally on all the hills. Made better time coming home with a tail wind.

Saturday Dec 25, 2010 #

Riding 1:05:00 [3] 28.7 km (2:16 / km)

Tanners, Junortoun, airport and home. With Stevie, Dave and Jimbo, but mostly saw bums.

Running 30:00 [3]

Not sure of the time because I pressed the wrong buttons on my watch. Cruised out to the dam on uni business. Legs felt a bit slack.

On the plus side: LOTS OF SNOW YESTERDAY :) :) :) By Summer standards.

Saturday Dec 18, 2010 #

Running 25:44 [3]

To the summit and back. Got a tiny sprinkle of snow this morning :)

Run was meant to help clear my head...didn't work but the cold cloud air made my lungs hurt. Shared a moment with 3 brumbies and their foal - they were wondering what I was doing up at the summit - the feeling was mutual!

Friday Dec 17, 2010 #

Running 33:00 [3]

Aqueduct>Pipeline Track>Dam>back along the aqueduct. Felt pretty sluggish. Apparent temp = -0.6

Thursday Dec 9, 2010 #

Note

Sat around long enough waiting to go for a ride that I got a call that my lift to Melbourne is leaving tonight, not tomorrow. So no ride :(

So much rain yesterday the weather station couldn't cope (+ blackout). It was wet.

Wednesday Dec 8, 2010 #

Note

Weather was a bit damp today.

Tuesday Dec 7, 2010 #

Running 49:04 [3]

Take II of the summit via Wishing Well. I love this run. Almost got blown over at the end of Frying Pan Spur. Awesome view :)
22'40" to the junction at the top.

Thursday Dec 2, 2010 #

Running 30:00 [3]

Was heading up to the summit via Wishing Well when the thunder started. Decided the summit wasn't really the place I wanted to be in a storm so turned around and went home.

Wednesday Dec 1, 2010 #

Running 27:24 [3]

Plugged away up to the summit. 15'03" up. Welcome to Summer.
