Best training I've done for a while. Legs felt pretty tired (and humid as buggery) to start but perked up a bit once I'd been going. Went up OTH, down Pioneer Track, Wildflower Drive and back along the race. Was still going relatively hard at the end because it had started raining and thundering.
Don't know the real time. Rode to the petrol station, post office, police station, into town and home again. Had awesome gelati in Mitchell St, 100 times better than Lygon St.
