Aoraki/Mt Cook - big walk from village, Sealy Tarns (then a bit towards Mueller Hut until it got too snowy), Kea Point, Hooker Valley, village.
Absolutely stunning views.
It was all the Slovakian orienteers around in Mt Cook (only saw a few out walking though).
It's pretty easy to play spot the orienteer - they are the ones in gaiters, o pants, club jacket, WMG backpack (possibly with chest number attached), and buff. Not the ones in Ugg boots (although I'm pretty sure that woman didn't make it all the way up to Sealy Tarns).
