Mountain Biking (EPIC) 3:20:47 [3] 34.1 km (5:53 / km) +800m 5:16 / km

Epic MTB ride with Louisa up and along the Mendips: Beacon Batch, Wavering Down and Crooks Peak. Then up to Loxton, along Winscombe/Sandford and back. Fairly dry weather but very muddy on the ground. Legs felt sluggish to start with but got into the swing of things, had lots of energy even at the end!
