Not horrendous. My feet hurt, but the new shoes did help. I'm starting to think that I'm not in good enough shape to even 10 per K; I'm going to increase my mileage and actually try to get better at this sport physically since I have it down technique wise.

Rest day in preparation for US Champs. Blisters still bothering me and now am having fits of diarrhea. It's been a tough week and now have more SAMI cleaning tonight.

Blisters are still horrendous (and infected). Since I'm on my feet so much there is little to no healing going on. We'll see where I'm at tomorrow.
I went to practice today to be with the team. As everyone was out on the course I did pushups and abs, just to be killed by Will with a core workout upon everyone's arrival. Tomorrow's probably going to be a no on practice. I desperately need to fix these blisters so I can walk, let alone orienteer, this weekend at US Champs.

Oh my blisters. This weekend killed me. Icebugs are going in the trash and my Saloman Speedcross trail running shoes are already on the way. Major shout out to Christian for giving me some blister aid materials. Hopefully I'll be back at it tomorrow. In the mean time I did some pushups and core work today to make up for the missed run.
