At Lapstone. Pretty fun course, but the map is a bit dodgy (tracks don't make a real lot of sense - route gadget is all over the place). caught andyhill early on and kinda just ran with him for the rest without really pushing very hard. took it easy over rough stuff. missed over a minute near the end just not seeing a track that was big on the map but doesn't actually exist. i thought we ran ok cause it was the kinda map (old) where it's hard to be clean, but it was a bit messy. felt a bit of a twinge in the left calf which wasn't ideal. hopefully it isn't anything to worry about.
