i'd almost call this a recovery run, been a while since i've had any training to recover from... but this has been a relatively solid week of running (4 runs!) so cruised along narrabundah hill and coolemon ridge for a bit. great views along there,the last time i remember running along coolemon ridge was with dave quayle and axe in late 2004...

cruisy run with lorenzo from his place through isaacs and up over the hill, then a loop around the bottom of the mugga quarry, over hindmarsh and back through red hill. nice. feeling pretty ok too. taking it very easy (on the knee) on the downhill.

Easy run with company along the yarra for a bit and a coupla laps of the tan. Knee feels ok despite running two days in a row so I'm pretty happy. Been eating too many scones with jam & cream this week though...

Cruisy run mostly around the tan. Threw in a Mona's interval session, managed some decent speed in there with no real trouble in the knee. The calves didn't like it but.

Only had a short window of opportunity for training today so hit up stromlo. Did 4 solid efforts up the road. Toughest one was the 1st, I only got about 3 mins warm up riding from home!
