Orienteering intervals at UC planned by the Black Cockatoos Fatrat and lazydave. All 4-6 mins (3.50, 3.40, 4.10, 6.10, 3.20, 5.00), some mass start, some at 10-15 sec intervals. good fun, but felt slow...
