Cycle out to the Forest for a ride with Nick
Only messaged Nick this morning and he was keen. Pretty blustery and felt like I was going into the wind the whole way out. Cycled out to Nomansland, then a loop of Hamptworth. The kick of a hill out and then a rapid descent to Brook. Had the wind with me and then the downhill (got up to 60+kmph) but I think ran out of gears. Then back through Woodlands and decided to head up to Winsor with Nick. Explored a few new roads and most were pretty good.
A bit nicer getting out for about 2hrs rather than 3hrs or so. Didn't feel as tired when I got back.

Really windy and a couple of times felt like I wasn't moving! Had thought I'd get out for 30 mins or so and had an idea of looping round the Greenways from Lordshill Sainsbury's. Legs felt really tired (probably from the strength work, more than anything else). Kept making up the route as I went and just going down random roads. Todays run was almost the exact time out as yesterdays! 3s shorter :O

Acres Down solo
Not as sunny as I had hoped or as the rest of the day was! Back felt tight and I didn't feel like I was running easily. Shoes were hard with mud before the start. Just took it easy, nice section along the river where I stopped a few times to relax and enjoy being out in nature.
