Out and back to the Lower Test
Had been unsure if I wanted to get , physically quite tired and legs shattered after yesterday's strength work and long Forest walk. Thought I'd try and do 30mins but ended up doing more. Planned a route heading to the Lower Test through Millbrook with Nicole (who then headed on to Toot hill). A few people swimming in the river but didn't see many people. Really nice for the few hundred metres by the river. Stopped to enjoy the sunny day and nature before heading back. Tried to exactly match the route on the way back. On the run, I developed a fun plan for a run...

Lap of the Common with Nicole
Trying a different technique to see if the working from home life can be any better. Up for a morning run. Quite quiet then getting a bit busier. May prefer to go even earlier so there are less people about. Not that worried about catching it by running past someone, it just makes it more awkward and something to think about it. Bottom of my feet a bit sore, right knee a little tight and my breathing has felt a worse when running recently (definitely as far back as the High Rigg event). Swapped working rooms and working on the dining room table seems better so far.
