Reps: 6*600m (200m) 2:07-8s Kind of in a group but second half definitely running on my own. Didn't look at my watch mid rep and just ran. Both calves felt very tight, need to work on loosening them up a bit. Not been as the stretching and strengthening recently, so should try to get back into the routine of that. Felt happy at the time with my session, but not feeling super happy now!
