Fritham explore
Started with a gang from Lordshill helping one of them do a marathon. Gave them one bit of navigational help before heading off to explore. Quite a lot on muddy rides and off paths. A few really nice sections and will be good to come back explore some more.

Southampton progressive parkrun (6mins/km down to 4:10)
Was going to be orienteering then Brockenhurst, but due to bar weather elected to do Southampton. Ran with James and Vicki which was a fun double date. James was properly hungover, we then caught back up the girls and then did the end with Vicki. Very windy, cold and wet. Hands and wrists got a little cold (seen some waterproof thin sealskins or inov8 mitts I fancy). Legs felt all okay.

Cleared up with 18s to spare. Not quite the optimum route to get them (had to do a horrendous out and back to the last control). One mistake in the industrial estate, otherwise good. May have had some home advantage...
