Lordswood and Chilworth explore with Nicole
Over the other side of the motorway from the sports centre. Quite muddy in places! Was disciplined with how far and fast I ran, walked the last km in the sports centre. Legs tired after trampolining yesterday!

Completed 4 weeks of strength work 4 times a week, and a gradual build up to 4 runs per week. Maintain next week, slightly upping the weights on one or two sessions..

Post work run
Getting out, doing the miles, sticking to the recovery plan. I could feel my right quad all day, bit off-putting and niggly. Knee and quad didn't really get any more painful when running. Could feel my knees banging together a bit and the gait being off. Also a good clearer due to some sad knees yesterday.

A Thirlmere loop
Almost chickened out due to the concerns over ice and falling then the sound of rain! Had thought I'd do strength work instead but glad I got out. Not many times I get to run in the mountains, felt weird running on the roads though. Legs a bit heavy.
