Note

9 mile walk with the 20-30s walking group around Lockerley/Mottisfont. Legs felt a bit tired but okay.

Loosener around Romsey. Canal then up to Abbotswood (not actually a wood). Legs didn't feel too bad after the weeks races.

Bit of an explore of the route. Would've liked to do more as I got a bit cold in the waiting pen. So hard to judge how long people will be!

National 12 Stage relay Sutton Park - leg 8
Started at an okay pace and felt strong. Got caught by the lead bike/runner which was a little distracting. Kept a good pace uo the hill but couldn't push on at the top or down the hill. Legs didn't feel too bad after Wednesday (just feel sleepy now). Looking forward to a rest week!

Civil service 10km champs - Olympic Park
Big 10km PB and first OS Runner :D

Paced it aiming for 6min/miles and 38mins which I managed despite the course and conditions. Previous PB was 41:15 so a good improvement in a year!
Really cool venue for a race. Course wasn't ideal, 4 laps with a number of sharp turns. Quite hot conditions.
