Big hills session
WU + 4x3min 1min + WD. Up to Norquay ski area, breathing was really tight in the cold mountain air and couldn't do any more. Tough session.

First attempt at downhill skiing! Did a beginner's lesson at Sunshine village and managed to do my first two runs. Time is approximate.

Banff evening run. Legs a bit tight after skiing and ran with someone for a bit. Some more impressive sights!

Single and double leg strength. 8kg ball for the squats. Disappointingly small gym so didn't bother doing anything more.
