Mountain Biking at Moors Valley, cycle from the camp site then one and a half times round the single track before heading back.

It was great fun and I was getting more confident before hitting a rock. Felt okay cycling but was painful to walk on so headed to A&E to check it out. No X-ray as they thought it was a bruised ligament rather than a brake or fracture.
