Legs felt a bit tired and achey, didn't warm up enough. One big mistake on 21 (~5 mins), relocated poorly and was pretty convinced I was in the right place! Cost me the win. Hopefully will orienteer better next weekend!

Planned the loops myself so was doing it from memory a lot. Head torch wasn't good enough so struggled to read the map on the run. Hopefully the JK sprint will go better!

Wasn't sure how fast I felt but there were plenty of people to chase (John's last run), ran hard and enjoyed it. Beat my PB by 1:30, going to be harder next time!
