November Classic - King's Garn gutter. Brown 15/34.
I ran the brown as I didn't feel up to doing the black. I had a pretty good run and made a couple of 2 min mistakes but nothing major. My calves were cramping up for the final few controls which slowed me down.

Winchester City race (urban).
I'm happy with my run, made a few small mistakes but didn't get stuck on the really difficult couple of controls. I just need to increase my speed a bit. Maybe ran a bit too hard before the Classic the next day.

Warm up, jog from work and some drills

Running intervals 15:00 [3]

4x3min reps and 1x1.5min. Ran out for half the time and then ran back. Took it pretty steady in preparation for the weekend. Just wanted to stretch my legs out a bit. Managed to pasce it pretty well, fairly consistent out and back.
