Caldera de Bandama
Up early for a solo trail run, bus up the valley and then walked to the bridge (end of Thurs run). Then ran to the rim, bit nervous about how technical they'll be and doing it solo. Just took it steady, quite gravelly in places and stopped a number of times for photos. Really cool place to run and basically had the whole place to myself. Then headed up to the viewpoint, where Nicole and Matt were just leaving the top. Ran down with them, before two buses home. Enjoyed getting out exploring and some good views. A bit cold after (maybe could've done with trackies and a warm top). Would've liked to have felt more confident on the gravel.
