Ran triple tree for the first time! It’s a good one for climb but still a substantial enough distance. Lots of people out there today! I didn’t expect the parking lot to be full in the middle of the week.

Story hills from home. Probably could have driven out to be on trails the whole time, but good to know this is an 8 mile loop pretty much exactly. This was my longest run since my foot issue! I was feeling good and made it a faster one too, at least for the first couple miles and then the downhill mile in the middle. Running is good and it makes me happy :) probably needed this after Sunday’s run!
