I tried ice climbing for the first time! It was very challenging and scary to trust my feet and the ice tools without clutching on for dear life, but it was super fun. I would definitely give this another go.

Short workout, consisting of warmup, cooldown, and a 15 minute tempo in the middle. I found a treadmill that felt kind of okay? That is certainly a first for me, but a very good thing in this cold weather! During my ~6 minute walk to the gym, what trace amounts of water was left in my water bottle FROZE.
