I mostly felt gross and sick and weak during this although there were a few short periods of feeling okay. Also, my HR monitor (chest strap) rubbed my skin raw. It’s happened before, although infrequently, but I need to figure out how to position it correctly every time so I don’t have to worry about it.

I tried out some intervals on the 1k loop right outside my building. I’ve never done any sort of intervals on skis before, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I only did 3x 1k but they got me working. Since I’m not a super experienced skier, I had to really emphasize form on my last one.
