Kaskantyu middle training. Felt more confident on this than in the morning. Biggest takeaways: going around the medium green can be worthwhile, and bail to something big when you get lost. Wandering is useless in the scattered juniper.

Interval workout with the team. 3, 5, 7, 5, 3, with rest of 3, 4, 4, 3. Ran with Bridge which was great but also more like tried to keep her in sight. My legs are feeling pretty tired. The 7 and the second 5 were a grind to get through.
