Running warm up/down 9:53 [2] 1.08 mi (9:09 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Guide 10 (Blue)

Running race 21:01 [5] 5.0 km (4:12 / km)
shoes: Saucony Guide 10 (Blue)

St Patrick's Day celebration 5k. Goal was under 21:00, so being just 2 seconds off was pretty disappointing. About as cold as last year, but definitely more windy. Reebok was giving away free shoes!?! So I got a pair woo

Running warm up/down 26:17 [3] 2.9 mi (9:04 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Guide 10 (Blue)

Back to Northeastern from South Boston. With the backpack and a little too much time after the end of the race, this was much harder than it should have been

Running 39:53 [2] 4.47 mi (8:55 / mi)
shoes: Blue Asics Gel-Excite 4

Ran easy with Dylan. Chilly day, but pretty, especially in the sun

Really windy along the river today

Running warm up/down 5:10 [2] 0.59 mi (8:45 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Guide 10 (Blue)

Running intervals 48:24 [5] 6.6 km (7:20 / km)
shoes: Saucony Guide 10 (Blue)

Couple more laps on the track, workout 3x (800, 600, 400), couple laps cool down. Target paces were 800m at 94, 600m at 92, 400m at 90. Felt like throwing up during the second set, probably eating my pb&j and egg right before practice was a bad idea. Pushed through, and felt okay at the end. It's hard to run hard alone.
Splits: 3:06, 2:18, 86, 3:07, 2:20, 89, 3:10, 2:20, 86

3rd storm in a short span. Where's spring?
2 PM

Cycling 30:00 [2] 7.41 mi (14.8 mph)
max:148

Didn't think I could survive another round on the treadmill, so opted for the stationary bike. If only the weather was appropriate for March

Stretching 10:00 [1]

Agility 35:00 [3]

Sticking with the current agility/plyo routine until team trials, then probably going to bump it up in difficulty

Strength 15:00 [3]

Obliques

Commute
6 PM

Running 37:59 [3] 4.7 mi (8:05 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Guide 10 (Blue)

Started out at a fast pace, around 7:30-7:45. It was pretty tiring, but I would have been able to keep it up I think. The group I was with ended up slowing down considerably towards the end though
