Previewing the course a bit

Running race 28:12 [5] 6.0 km (4:42 / km)

First 6k! Ever! I wasn't as fast as I had hoped for, but I beat some of my teammates that I thought were going to beat me, so I'll take it. I think I was the 5th finisher on my team. Gives me a good place to work off of for the rest of the season.

Running warm up/down 6:33 [2] 0.51 mi (12:50 / mi)

Short & sweet

Other (Broomball) 30:00 [3]

If you couldn't tell, intramurals are getting into full swing this week. I also had a kan jam game before this. And I missed two other games this week (volleyball because I was running, and flag football because I needed a nap). Yay me for prioritizing things above intramurals!

Yay for picking up the milage! Slowly but surely :)

Other (Basketball) 20:00 [3]

Some intense 3v3 half-court intramural basketball. I had 0 shots during the game, but I made my first shot during warm up!

Monday Sep 18 #

6 PM

Running 18:30 [3] 2.04 mi (9:04 / mi)
shoes: Black Asics Gel-Excite 4

Missed practice because I was trying to catch up on homework that didn't get done this weekend, so I ran my errands instead. Somehow my watch unpaused in the grocery store for a little while....
9 PM

Other (Extreme Dogeball) 15:00 [3]

First intramural game: extreme dogeball! Basically it was in a tiny racquetball court and there were some funky wall bouncing rules (if it bounces off the wall, then hits you, you're out. But if you catch it off the wall it doesn't count). The games were short, so the first team to 8 won. We lost 8-4
