St. Patrick's Day 5k! It was really cold and we had to wait at the line for a good 20 minutes before we started so I was not at all properly warmed up or ready to go until about 1 mile in. With that being the case, I'm satisfied with this. It's been a while since I've raced a 5k. The hills got me, so I think that's what I need to work on.

Another broomball playoffs game. We played the only team that had beaten us...and they beat us again. Oh well, it's a bummer but it was a fun season.

Core warmup
2x 8 dumbbell bench press
2x 8 bent over barbell rows
3x 8 standing dumbbell overhead press
2x 8 push-ups
2x 10 kneeling lat pull down
3x 30sec plank
Then for a bit more I did 3x 25x15lbs calf raises and 5 min planks.

1 mile warmup, 2 mile tempo, 1 mile cool down. This felt really really good. The club running workout was cancelled due to the snow day so I had to do this on my own on a treadmill (ew) but it was pretty fast and fun!
