Last soccer game :( It was semifinals and we lost 4-2. I'm going to miss playing soccer next year but I'm glad I played for as long as I did.

Johnson for warm up, then 3x 600m, 3x 300m, 3x 200m, and mini park for cool down.

600m intervals were going out fast then settling in (41s for first 200m, then slowing to 88s for last 400m). 300m intervals were steady at 60s. 200m intervals were at 36-38s.
