My second race of the season! Seeing as how the start of this season went so poorly with being sick and family things going on, I decided to not compare this season to past years. This season is what it is, and I don't want to be frustrated with it, especially since it may be my last time running track! With this outlook, I'm happy with this race. :) I was alone, but I was able to push myself the whole time.

Warm up, then a workout of: 2x 800m, 2x 600m, 2x 200m. Followed by a cool down.

Splits were 3:03, 3:03, 2:16, 2:14, 38, 36. I was hitting my target pace each time (92 for 800m, 92 first lap then faster for 600m, 38 for 200m)
