It's so good to be back to playing again. I've missed seeing my team regularly. We lost 4-1 (5-1 maybe?), but I scored which was fun. It was a pretty physical game, and I decided not to race the 3200m right afterwards, although originally that was the plan.
Hm, not super fast, but an OK first race, especially with recovering from illness. My pacing was pretty off. I'm not sure of my splits (first two were 86, 90), but I was slow in the middle and fast at the beginning and end. I had more left than I thought I would. Better pacing will come with more races.
Johnson for warmup. Workout was 3x 600m, 3x 400m, 3x 300m. 2:12, 2:14, 2:16 86, 87, 88 62, 63, 61 Definitely was hard, but good. Running workouts on the track makes me happy :)
