More of the same rocky, open slightly bushy stuff, caught Davina and had a nice cruise paced battle with him. I would get away but waste ~5s trying to find the stakes, so he'd catch up again, finally dropped him when I made a mistake and he followed lol. Anyways highly enjoyed this, fast and tricky, soooo good!

Jog round Lisbon with Anton and Olli for a bit. Classic Ryanair delay last night got us into Lisbon at 1.30am, so sleep not ideal, but felt okay once I got going. Sweet weather, nice city so a pretty ideal morning. Good times, roll on the camp.

Aaaaah soooo good. In some sweet big rocky stuff, pinging about on a 1:5000 map, very good fun. Took a few controls to get into it, but was Oing well by the end.

At 3.20s, so pretty chill but I think either my HR monitor broke (likely), the treadmill was wrong (very likely), or I've just got massively fit overnight (very unlikely). Either way didn't feel like I worked that hard. Did the last one at 19kph, felt fine, hmm not too impressed by this one :( Next time will go outdoors.
