Cant lie I was still quite tired from the cycle although I felt a lot better once I got going. In Devon till Wednesday so got to wake up the running legs pretty fast.

Market Rasen to somewhere west of Kings Lynn. Was pan flat the entire way which you'd think is nice after some hilly days in the Lakes but no. From the start was suffering from general fatigue this combined with a lack of features made the whole day one massive bonk.
