This new loop is the dream. Up and round East hill for some climb then down through the fields to take some pressure off the knees and add some distance.
Also crazy what difference two rest days can make, just felt soo comfortable. Although two weeks of tops off is making me rather pink.

Slightly embarrassing, was going fine for the first couple of k but then at the turnaround I was faced with a wall of wind/slow runner paying no attention to what was in front of them. Underestimated what the last three weeks or racing/no speed work has done to my top end speed. Probably won't go for a 5km pb untill after the summer holidays.

Adventure out east. Couldn't find the footpath to the top of one of the hills I planned to run up, this the set in an o style mistake. Lost my head and spent the reset of the run taking wrong turns adding like 3km. My knee is still really bruised and running up/down steep hills I think is making it worse so going to hit some flat miles for a bit.
