Killerton Parkrun this morning a bit annoyed 3k in my shoe laces came undone.

Long gentle run trying to get some distance in the legs.

Last day of south west training all put together. Mostly control picks with a 2k terrain TT to end the weekend.

Did a 3k TT with the south west squad. Felt good for most of it hopefully will cut the time down by new year.

All of today's south west squad training exercises from today put together. Mostly focused at virtuos lady from the CSC maps.

Compass Sport Cup was good. Made a few second mistakes but nothing to bad. Disappointing to lose on home terrain aswell.

Had school XC which was 4 laps of a rugby pitch looking forward to the next round which will be a lot longer.

Quick run to start the week but ended up run in 70mph head winds which made it a hundred times harder.

Ran a blue today at the 28th Dorset Delight. First 3k of the course was along southern forestry commission path which meant I could run a 3:37k before crossing the marsh in the center of the area into an unexpected technical contour section where I managed to only lose a couple of seconds. All round it was a good course with good flow.

Went on a really casual jog today to warm up my legs for a 20 minuet stretching session.

Decided to go for a slightly higher paced runder after not being able to run yesterday. Half way round had to make a new diversion through a river increasing the distance of the run by 1k.

Track session tonight 100m to 200m going up in 10m × 2 sets. Jog back recovery back. Pretty hard session due to illness at the moment.

Starting my attack point back up from today. Felt tiered after JHI's at the weekend however a good run to start the week off with.
