Still down with the cold, though maybe not as severe so this was just a light run to test how my body reacts and see if this helps or hinders recovery.
Did the middle 4k as cadence training also again just so I can compare. No problems with energy/lungs, but legs did start to struggle towards the second half, all types of muscles tensing up, I guess lactate build up as muscles have even in this few days without training got used to not having the flush them out. Hope the cold will not get worse so I can increase distance/intensity in the next days so I can get back to shape before next weekends Hungarian Champs!
