Spari training schedule. 15x200m with 45s off. In theory should have aimed for 34 sec intervals (ha-ha-ha as usual, that is aimed at the fit young members of the team, for me it translates, as always, to "all out")
Long warm-up as I know I needed it. Then did the intervals in Kings Park, devilishly short recoveries - although I did lengthen the recovery after the 12th rep as I got a stitch.
