Short session in the hotel gym to get the legs turning over. Warm-up and coldown and did a little railway session of 1k's: 4:45,4:35, 4:25, 4:15, then did half K at 4:00 before the accidentally pulled the emergency stop cord on the treadmill and did not have the will to fiddle with properly re-starting by then.
