Meant to do 7 1200m with 2 minutes rest jogging 400m but switched to 1000m with 1:30 rest for the last 2 when I started to get a cramp and a bit tired

Didn't mean to run this long but didn't really know where I was going. Most of it was on roads and 35-40 minutes was in snow. I had looked at a map earlier and found a general area with some trails but since it had snowed a lot over new years eve I couldn't really see any tracks.
Eventually I hit some power lines crossing the road so I decided to follow some snowmobile tracks uphill and spent half an hour trudging uphill through the snow. The tracks stopped eventually so I was knee deep in snow now, but luckily I hit a road and just kept guessing turns trying to head back to town, which isn't too hard since there is some mountains or pretty big hills around.
