5k run to the arena plus warm-up

Missed my start ...running to the arena was a dumb idea.
Took about half an hour on the first two controls (including time not on course, re-tying my shoes, plus a big dumb mistake on the 2nd and a smaller one on the first control). Overall not enjoying the rocky ground but got use to the map by the end, even if I was still making some small mistakes
