The whole thing with warm-up ended up being 1.5 hours long but I really can't say I was running for that long. First was running with plastic cups with little holes at the end over my eyes. That was probably the most challenging thing I've done all year. The next was a course where the map had been flipped from east to west which was more fun because I wasn't tripping over stuff I couldn't see.
