Will do a longer run tomorrow and do some strength throughout the week but other then that I'll be snowboarding for most of the week so won't do too much.

Decided I'd go for an easy run to keep my legs use to running. Ran the first three kilometers a bit over a 4 min/km pace, but then took the wrong road somewhere so I ended up running another 2km finding the house (just took that at an easy pace cooling down)

Followed up run with a plank, just planked for 45s three times with 15s rest and then did a minute plank.
