Biathlon tonight, so we ran a loop a bit over a kilometer and then did some form of exercise, plus penalties depending on how many times we missed the baskets. Ended up doing 25 burpees, 1:15 minutes squat, 1 minute plank, 40 push ups, 50 sit ups, and another 1:30 plank. Knees started to get sore 3rd lap or so.
