orienteering - General 45:00 [2]
A lot of short legs focusing on bearings, folding the map, and in general flowing through the controls. Also made sure to look into distance to pick out feature. Went pretty well other then a few controls where I couldn't spot the flagging tape and stood around for a bit looking for it. Did notice that occasionally will think it's on a different feature in the circle and I will begin to look at control descriptions more in races. Didn't run too hard though since my right shin was hurting though.
